Tai, the founder of TOSI University, launched Instagram LIVE Events on Thursday evenings to raise awareness among healthcare providers and patients, including those not yet part of the TOSI community. Each week, these events feature discussions on post-operative care and body contouring, often led by Tai alongside a surgeon. The TOSI community is made up of discerning learners dedicated to elevating healthcare standards and dispel misinformation. These LIVE events are designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of massage therapists and nurses, ensuring that cutting-edge research is applied to deliver accurate and compassionate care. After three months of hosting live events on Instagram, the founder of TOSI University decided to transition to YouTube Live events. This change allowed for the prerecording of sessions and encouraged providers to subscribe to the YouTube channel. Not only did this shift facilitate engagement through YouTube's Super Chat feature—where participants can pay to ask questions and see others’ inquiries—but it was also a strategic move to direct the audience towards TOSI Unicorn Central Station (TUCS).
